An Article That's NOT About GTA IV

Some (even most) gaming blogs around the old intertubes are dedicating ALL of their resources to the newest murder simula---er... game. So because you, the readers, have chosen to waste valuable time that could be spent reading advertiser-prodded positive reviews on gamespot by cruising on over to SlapStic, I won't punish you by talking EVEN MORE about that game that everyone and their grandma is talking about nowadays. So! How about that dang Mariokart, eh? As it turns out, in THIS ONE YOU CAN RIDE MOTORCYCLES ZOMGNOWAIMAHEADASPLODE.

Yeah... that's not even interesting. And apparently there's this little game called "The World Ends With You" that makes a few of my friends foam at the mouth with pure glee when they talk about it. Unless there are pictures of delicious food items like cake, or jello, or pudding pops, I find that to be a little bit unnecessary. But it's supposedly more fun than naked dolphin-back riding, so consider checking it out.

Speaking of pudding pops, Bill Cosby is releasing a hip-hop album later this month. No, I am not joking, and yes, I will be a proud owner on day 1. Here is a link to his first single/music video from the album. Amazing, I know.

Oh. And Nintendo just released the cleverly-named "Nintendo Channel" on the Wii. You can download DS demos, watch trailers for upcoming games, and view videos and interviews only available there. On a scale of 1 to fantastic, that's just dandy. The nly problem is the sound that cycles when you're loading a video. God bless you, basic DSL customers with only moderate download speeds. You're going to hear quite a lot of "load-binging" in the coming years.

I'm very aware that this is one of the more basic posts I've made in a while, and I don't really care. I had a SAT friday, a job interview tuesday (or monday I can't remember), and a mule-load of other random atrocities to deal with today. So I hope you enjoyed the article, anyway. Because if not... meh. Just meh. And if you clicked on that link about the Bill Cosby music video, I apologize from the least sincere part of my heart.
